The shared season
December belongs to more than one belief.
Sweet December began with the feeling of a month in which people from different beliefs and cultures can recognize a similar excitement. The work does not freeze that feeling into one scene. It gives it a rhythm and lets it return.
A winter landscape is drawn again in the browser with every viewing. Snow, light, and time meet inside a deterministic system, making each edition a living memory whose motion is secured by the chain.
The loop
The last frame remembers the first.
The p5.js sketch uses circular time: frame 0 and the end of the 60-frame sequence share the same state. At 20 frames per second, the three-second movement closes without a visible break.
